Adobe is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to develop strategic relationships with leading technology Partners to drive usage growth and help handle the partner ecosystem for Adobe's Digital Video and Audio business unit. This person will be responsible for supporting and completing DVA’s Partner ecosystem strategy, including crafting an overarching strategy for emerging products along with our leading NLE app, Premiere Pro and Motion graphics app – After Effects. This individual will also be responsible for coming up with the Partner co-marketing strategy, act as an expert resource on processes, guidelines, and options for partners, as well as be integrated into many of Adobe’s internal divisions, such as campaign marketing, product management, product marketing, business development, PR and social teams. This person will develop a deep understanding of the Adobe partner ecosystem and act as the primary contact and consultant for strategic partners to plan and implement joint marketing plans and programs. This role requires strong leadership, planning, partnership, and relationship-building skills as you must partner with many internal and external business collaborators. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business at Adobe. Key attributes include an analytical GTM approach for both short- and long-term thinking, creativity to keep our partner engagement fresh, and the ability to build strong-leveraged relationships. This role will be a direct report to the Group Manager of Partnerships.Responsibilities include:
Build the overarching Partner ecosystem strategy for After Effects and emerging products within the Video EcosystemBuild a Product-Partnership strategy by working with the product teams to influence the roadmap and complete customer workflows across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and emerging technologies by strategically aligning Partner activated solutionsCreate a build/buy/license strategy for Partners that are critical to our customer success across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and emerging productsEstablish KPIs to showcase impact across Business, Product, and customersChampion partner co-marketing pipeline working with each of our Technology and Solution partners:Identify targeted assets to build (case studies, videos, blogs, etc.),Identify channels to drive awareness (Adobe Live, webinars, social, etc.)Track relevant KPIs to map impact to business priority/strategy and customer impactPosition partners as a route to market to help influence customer conversion, lead generation and global market expansion opportunityWork on strategic GTM opportunities with our partners across their campaigns, events, launchesBe the voice of the partner and represent them in all extended GTM functions, including PMM, PR, social, campaign, Adobe.com, etc.)Partner-focused GTM activities and events planning at industry events, such as NAB, HPA Tech Retreat, IBC, and Adobe MAX.Gather product messaging and positioning for our partners and provide tailored messaging/positioning for our joint initiatives with our partnersPreferred qualifications:
Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through a partner ecosystemExperience in the video post-production industryStrong experience in leading multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goalsDemonstrated experience in working with Executives and Business Development leaders in driving pipeline and revenueExcel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and proactively take actionMotivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving businessVery strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed attention to detailStrong project and people management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organizationWilling to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners, attend events and support the sales team
