Our team transforms challenges into opportunities and delivers tailored strategies that ensure long-term value.About The RoleAs a Director at FTI Delta, you will play a key role in delivering strategic recommendations to clients by managing individual project modules, deploying commercial acumen in structuring and performing key analysis with little support and develop areas of focus as well as identify leads from existing projects. You will also have the opportunity to formally coach junior staff.What You’ll DoAs a Director, you will manage modules of a project in client billable project work. You will problem solve through data gathering, problem structuring, independently form insights and actions from owned analysis, coach team members to build complex financial, operational, or market models applying your Excel and financial proficiency. Our career paths are clearly defined, supported by a comprehensive training curriculum that provides guidelines for advancement and fosters exceptional performance.What You Will Need to SucceedBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field5+ years of combined post-graduation professional experiencePrior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking or prior experience in a Telecom, Media & Technology companyProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environmentAbility to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as neededApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visasPreferred QualificationsMaster's in business and administrationExperience in cost and revenue transformation, and operating model designFamiliarity with operating and business environment fundamentals prevalent in Technology-based organizationsOur Benefits
