This role will be pivotal in driving our sales strategies, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the growth and profitability of our company. The successful candidate will report directly to the company president and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, product segments, and strategic partnerships.Develop and manage the sales department budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and resource allocation.Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the company president.Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the heavy-duty trailer manufacturing industry or related field.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.Strong market analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.Benefits:
