The
Marketing Manager
leads the marketing department team to create, oversee, and evaluate marketing campaigns across different platforms to promote Company products. Develops marketing policies and programs, and manages budgets.

Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for Company products, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.
Manage and implement digital campaigns including email, social, etc.
Assist in the preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans and budgets.
Identify new technologies and products for online campaigns.
Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.
Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market and make recommendations to leadership.
Manage and coordinate activities of marketing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations AND 5 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in the millwork industry is a huge plus.

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
