Job Description:

The Marketing Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in the marketing field. Interns can apply their education, skills and experience while gaining practical marketing knowledge in a professional services setting. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work on strategic projects, assist the management staff, and learn from a team of professionals.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; excellent writing and communication skills; strong attention to detail; organizational and administrative skills; ability to take direction; ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision; ability to maintain confidentiality; reliability; flexibility; creativity; and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. Applicants must also be able to function in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities (may include focus in one or more areas):

Conducting market research to gather information about industry trends, competitors, and target audience demographics to inform marketing strategies.

Assisting in the creation of marketing and/or social content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Supporting email marketing campaigns by creating and designing email templates, managing subscriber lists, and tracking email performance.

Collecting and analyzing data related to marketing campaigns and website traffic to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Helping to organize and execute/facilitate marketing events and webinars.

Learning and contributing to search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Providing general project management support such as managing project timelines, budgets and estimates, and status reports.

Providing general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and maintaining marketing files and documentation.
