3 to 5 years' experience in an instructional design role.Ability to teach people about products in a way that is understandable for all audiences (e.g., one-pagers, e-learnings, PowerPoint decks).Graphic design experience to tell a visual story, especially in a retail environment.PowerPoint presentation design skills.Ability to pivot and flex easily in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Audition, and light video editing.Manage product categories with Product Managers and the integrated marketing team, ensuring approvals are obtained.Add methodology and training for a wide variety of audience levels in a retail environment.Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline.Ability to collaborate closely with SMEs and understand business needs to drive success.Adaptability to meet new and changing deadlines.Experience in consumer electronics is a plus but not required.Note:
