3+ years of experience designing and developing training for software applications and a BS Degree.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
Instructional Design Expertise– Proven experience designing and developing instructional materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions, specifically for software systems.
Technical Proficiency– Strong understanding of software applications and technology platforms, with the ability to translate complex software functions into clear, understandable training materials.
Adult Learning Theory– Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a corporate setting, ensuring training is accessible, engaging, and effective.
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
eLearning Development Tools– Experience with industry-standard eLearning authoring tools such as
Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate , or similar software.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)– Familiarity with LMS platforms for managing, deploying, and tracking training programs.
Project Management– Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
