Position Overview for the Motion Graphics Designer:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pitch, create, and deliver engaging video assets tailored to support client objectives, particularly for Holiday campaigns.Partner with the Design Director to provide motion and animation support, transforming existing banners and social assets into dynamic content for use across various platforms, including artist socials, websites, and CRM properties.Develop short-form content that aligns with the aesthetic and style of specific releases, artists, and brands, ensuring consistency and high-quality visual storytelling.Produce animated graphics, including artwork, text, and calls to action, while creating GIFs and animated banners for integration into artist web properties and CRM initiatives. Edit and sequence video footage, incorporating music, dialogues, graphics, effects, and sound design to meet client expectations and project timelines.Required Skills for the Motion Graphics Designer:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing or motion graphics, preferably within an agency environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of creative processes and client collaboration.Proven experience as a motion graphics creative with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in animation and video production, emphasizing your ability to create visually compelling narratives.Proficient in digital technology and editing software packages, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut; familiarity with Blender or other 3D software is preferred to enhance creative capabilities.In-depth knowledge of timing, motion, and continuity in video production, along with a strong understanding of special effects, 3D rendering, and compositing techniques, to elevate the quality of video assets.What's in it for you?
