The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our venue, ensuring a high level of hospitality and customer satisfaction. The Venue Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue, from food and beverage service to event planning and management. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead a team and make a significant impact on the success of our business.

Must have nightlife experience, with restaurant and live music experience preferred as well.

Duties

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including food and beverage service, event planning and management, and customer service.- Manage a team of hospitality professionals, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and meet the high standards of our business.- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.- Coordinate and manage events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and materials as needed.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the venue operates at a profit.- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to promote the venue and increase revenue.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

Skills

- Proven experience in hospitality management, including food service and event planning.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Experience in managing a kitchen and food service staff.- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including coffee and catering.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with hospitality management software and technology.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- High school diploma or equivalent required, hospitality management degree preferred.- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
