The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a variety of tasks related to content quality for the video catalog under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, performing quality checks on content, validating image quality, and ensuring user experience for content viewing on TV. The associate will need to use software and/or tools to capture data daily. The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions based on the guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedure. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, for example, the functionality of the tool.
