Built in 1915, Bosse Field is the third oldest operating ballpark in the country. Candidates have a chance to operate in one of America’s last remaining true baseball cathedrals.
Everyone working in minor league baseball wears many different “hats,” so a willingness to go above and beyond one’s normal duties is expected. Candidates are required to be enthusiastic with a great desire to put on a night of entertainment and memories for all the fans at historic Bosse Field.

Responsibilities:
Develop a unique promotional schedule for baseball seasons
Develop in-game entertainment, atmosphere, and scripts for all games
Manage all marketing for the team, including digital, social, and traditional
Manage the set up/break down of game day events
Manage and hire the Otterbelle staff
Manage daily gameday sheets and lead homestand meetings
Preferred knowledge of graphic design work for advertising, social, fliers, etc.
Oversee and Manage the Otter Pups (Kid’s Club) program
Assist in producing proof of performance packets for each sponsor
Manage all fundraising partnerships with non-profit organizations
Represent the organization at community events with players or Evan the Otter
Process and properly log all donation requests
Assist with Team Store operations and ordering
Work all Otters home games and stadium events
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Strong ability with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Must be quick-thinking and be able to work with a wide variety of personalities.
Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to take initiative with projects and events
Have an exceptional customer service aptitude and be a committed team player
