Responsible for driving customer and revenue growth by strengthening our brand positioning in the market, leveraging digital and traditional marketing efforts to drive better engagement with customers, prospects, users, and dealers.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including sales, service, product line management, and corporate marketing to create long-term value for our customers and businesses.

Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials, strengthening our leadership in the customer engagement space across all product lines and segments.

Develop meaningful messaging frameworks addressing different personas and audiences; understand the buyer, pain points, and differentiated value.

Key performance indicators will include improving growth metrics (revenue, market share), leads generated, brand awareness, product launch campaigns, trade marketing campaigns, and digital presence.

Media Management: Content strategy, direct & email marketing, social media management, SEO, asset creation.

Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, garnering market and customer insights.

Identify new market opportunities and the target audience of a product, checking the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies.

Build and develop a capable marketing team, delegating tasks fairly.
