by designing and developing innovative e-learning courses, instructional materials, and multimedia content using the latest tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva)Work side by side with
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
to transform their knowledge into dynamic, learner-focused solutions that drive business resultsDevelop learning
experiences for every medium —web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT)—you name it, we’ll build it!Apply your expertise in
learning theories and instructional design models
to make sure every course feels fresh, engaging, and impactfulContinuously improve our content through evaluation and feedback, keeping our
learners at the center
of everything we doHelp
manage, track, and publish e-learning modules
via our Learning Management System (LMS)Be part of a team that’s always
pushing the envelope
with creative, innovative learning solutionsWho You Are:You have a
4-year college degree
(Master’s degree? Even better!)You bring
at least 7 years of experience
in instructional design, instructional development, or a related fieldYou’re a wizard with
e-learning development tools
like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and moreYou’re familiar with
LMS, SCORM, xAPI , and the latest in learning technologiesYou’ve mastered
adult learning theories
and know how to apply them to design effective learning experiencesYour communication skills—both verbal and written—are top-notch, and you can
collaborate with teams
across the organizationBonus points if you have experience in
