You will work with sector partners to ensure the implementation of a quality program meeting and exceeding corporate standards.Key Responsibilities:Manages implementation of marketing tactics cross-departmentally (operations, culinary, nutrition) to ensure successAnalyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor informationDevelops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing accountsDelivers marketing activity within agreed budgetReports on return on investment and key performance metricsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management3-5 years of experienceAbility to present to large groupsStrong organizational skillsAbility to direct implementation and produce positive outcomes by working through teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsApply to Compass Group today!Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
