focused on Content Management, supports the CRC in its mission by providing proposal coordination and content administration. This means ensuring our systems are running efficiently, our content is accurate, and our relationships with internal customers are strong.This role requires a strong understanding of Qvidian Proposal Administration (QPA) or other proposal automation software, as well as solid analytical and project management skills, self-management, and quality focus. Proposal Specialist II

(Content Management) will be heavily involved in continuous improvement in recordkeeping and department processes. In particular, the CRC will look to the Proposal Specialist to drive process improvement planning and implementation as it relates to our content library, our SharePoint and CRM record keeping.Location:

This role is eligible for primarily remote based work in the Eastern or Central time zones of the continental United States, with close proximity to a major airport.

Role is Hybrid:

Candidates must have the ability to travel as necessary for business to client sites, conferences, seminars, meetings & trainings, etc., including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office.A cover letter and/or one writing sample can be uploaded and submitted with your resume.ResponsibilitiesQvidian Software LeadOrganize all projects and communicate document type modifications to end-usersParticipate and/or coordinate meetings with other team membersKeep QPA secured and administered using all available permission-based toolsProfile users by groupManage and configure global properties and event auditsCommunicate the addition of new and the removal of terminated usersOngoing interaction with the Document Architect and content ownersWrite content and/or edit material provided by subject matter experts and/or writing contributors.Proposal CoordinationReview and provide written analysis and responses for an RFP (Request for Proposal)Prepare formal, detailed, and comprehensive proposals for various Internet technology product lines to governmental agenciesDevelop new boilerplate materials for proposals to improve proposal quality and contentDevelop and introduce graphic content into proposalsKeep clear and accurate records of all proposals in the CRMCommunicate effectively and professionally with other departments (i.e., Sales and Marketing, Product Management, etc.) and with prospective clients (pre- and post-proposal submittal)Participate individually or with other proposal team members in the compilation and printing of formal proposals to meet strict internal and submission deadlinesWork on variety of proposals simultaneouslyAll other duties as assigned.Skills and ExperienceStrong organizational skills2+ years of experience with an RFP or bidding software, particularly Qvidian is a MUST3+ years experience in the field of communicationsKnowledge and use of graphic software toolsExpert knowledge and use of the English languageDriven, dedicated individual to succeed in established healthcare companyMS Office super userDesired QualificationsCreative writing skillsWorking experience in engineering or sales of similar software products or in the use of those products in target client base, or a combination of bothOther content management, and/or project management experience will be consideredEducation and QualificationsAssociates degree or equivalent experience required.#LI-HybridAt TRIMEDX, we support and protect a culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are the foundation.
