Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.• Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.• Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.• Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.• Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.Qualifications:• Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent• 5+ years of experience• Experience with Figma required• Experience conducted User Research and analyzing the data• Communication and analytical skills very critical
