- Develop and implement proper communication methods between outside sales and call center
- Identify and assess future and current protocols for scheduling outside lead
- Work alongside training and compliance lead to ensure proper scheduling protocols are in place
- The liaison between all parties in the sales process
To perform the position successfully, an individual is expected to"demonstrate the following:"""
- Outside sales referrals are successfully scheduled"
- Communication with attorneys are professional
- Relationships with attorneys are successful
- Reduce referral source complaints
- Successfully reduce referral source departures
- Track referrals in and out per referral source
- Mastery of Case manager, NextGen, Salesforce when deployed, other
- Monitor and manage internet reputation management
