Your Challenge
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing organization within Greiner Bio-One North America.
Drive strategic commercial development in compliance with corporate strategies and financial goals.
Lead the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans that use the product portfolio, clinical expertise, and distribution capabilities to expand multi-segment customer engagement, focusing on key accounts.
Lead the commercialization of marketing initiatives across North America to ensure Greiner Bio-One’s positioning aligns with customer needs and expectations across relevant industry segments.
Collaborate with the specific Business Units Pre-analytics and Bioscience to generate market insights and develop annual marketing plans that enhance commercial support for Business Unit initiatives.
Oversee the management of strategic and operational sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and profit expectations; drive strategic vision.
Develop the sales organization to strengthen the sales force's motivation and capabilities to achieve commercial goals.
Build strong customer relationships to increase customer success and corporate insights in response to evolving customer and market needs.
Translate local market needs into opportunities that lead to new business and increased market share.
Support the enhancement of Commercial Excellence, including sales forecasting and planning, pricing and tender management, new sales concepts, and customer success – in collaboration with global strategies and functions.
Support local marketing activities such as trade shows, corporate events, campaigns, and product launches.
Oversee future organizational and process development, ongoing performance management, and career/succession planning.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Marketing related field; MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the industry (i.e., strategic business plans, marketing plans, sales strategies, commercial execution).
At least 5 years of Sales & Marketing leadership experience in the industry, leading a large commercial organization in North America with a clear track record of business achievement.
Understanding of both market segments Pre-analytics and Bioscience is preferred (i.e., consumables for Hospitals, Laboratories, Academia and Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Diagnostics).
Strong strategic thinking and acting with a global interest and mindset.
Strong analytical abilities in data-driven decision making.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams in transformational change.
Experience in forecasting, pricing, and budgeting.
Effective collaboration and contributions within the global matrix and local functions.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes, including international travel.
