You’ll build Marketo programs, help manage our email marketing programs, and support the marketing team with data to guide optimization decisions. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role will help implement all programmatic and operational initiatives in Marketo including email promotions, lead nurtures, content programs, and data management automation. This person will also have an interest in analytics and reporting to support the marketing team in analyzing data and making optimization recommendations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with the demand generation team to develop and execute email marketing programs, including email creation, segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous performance monitoringCreate Marketo programs and automation to process website conversions and form completionsPlan and perform A/B testing within marketing automation platform to improve productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growthSupport marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce related to lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansingResponsible for campaign creation in SalesforceMonitor and maintain data quality within the marketing databaseCreate and maintain reporting dashboards on marketing and sales effectiveness and business resultsExperience creating & analyzing reports across multiple sales & marketing teams to create consolidated performance reviews & recommendations.Take the lead on selecting, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class marketing technology stack to serve marketers across channels.Maintain rigorous data analysis and auditing practices to uphold data integrity. Implement, document, and refine processes and integrations to improve overall marketing operational efficiency.BA/BS or equivalent working experience, with 1-3 years experience in marketing operationsExperience in both ABM and traditional Inbound demand generation to support pipeline targets preferredPaid Media and Paid Social Media Management in a B2B high technology companyDemonstrated experience owning specific campaigns from start to finishStrong analytical skills and a data-driven decision making orientationExperience managing all the various types of activities that drive leads, manage them via the demand funnel, and work closely with agency partners, internal customers, to optimize campaignsMarketo Certification a plusAll team members at HireVue are expected to embody our core values, which are the H.E.A.R.T. of HireVue.
