Mountain America is seeking a Learning Experience Designer highly skilled in instructional design, content creation, project management, and learning assessment techniques. This position will collaborate with fellow designers, facilitation teams, technical writers, LMS administrators, and business stakeholders to define, build, or procure learning solutions that will meet the needs of the business.Job Description

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.Create engaging learning activities across multimedia platforms, including eLearning, instructor-led materials, print and digital resources, and video.Collaborate with Assistant Manager to tie learning to business outcomes for target audiences.Design and develop learning experiences that align to measurable objectives and metrics for target audiences.Create exercises and activities (audio, video, animations, simulations, presentations, role plays, games etc.) that enhance the learning process.Maintain project documentation, assets, auditing criteria, compliance regulations, and intellectual property guidelines for internal and third-party resources.Research and evaluate third-party training solutions, ensuring alignment with the specific requirements of business leaders and organizational goals.Collaborate with learning technology team to integrate third-party training content into learning management systems (LMS) or other platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIESThe requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
