From performance and social marketing to influencer and CRM strategies, we ensure consistency across every touchpoint.Job Description Overview:As the Manager | Affiliate & Influencer, you will be part of an innovative, fast-paced team dedicated to producing exciting and engaging experiences that reflect a variety of our client’s brand values. You will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of influencer/creator marketing services and complementary 360 campaign strategy to expand brand awareness and drive engagement.Collaborating across teams such as Social Media, Performance Marketing, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC, you will contribute an in-depth understanding of the influencer/creator landscape and effective creator-first content. You will lead strategic thinking focused on business and brand-awareness drivers, developing and communicating with an analytical approach and data-informed decision making.Responsibilities:Influencer MarketingArchitect and oversee paid and organic influencer/creator marketing strategy for all key accounts and develop an “always-on” strategy for ongoing marketing campaigns.Drive growth and build brand advocacy via influencer/creator-led social and digital communications.Manage relationships with Influencer & Affiliate platform representatives.Lead all paid partner partnerships and campaigns, owning all aspects of the process.Drive strategy, process, and oversee influencer/creator-led paid social content.Utilize influencer/creator analytics platforms to create data-driven strategies.Affiliate MarketingKey leader for all aspects of Affiliate Marketing.Main point of contact for all TikTok Shop activations.Establish and maintain relationships with affiliates in the beauty & wellness categories.Manage relationships with affiliate marketing platforms.Lead strategy and execution of optimizing affiliate programs.Team GrowthPropose fresh creative ideas while analyzing data to identify relevant opportunities.Develop standards and best practices within influencer/creator marketing.Support Director, Affiliate & Influencer with team professional development and growth.Experience:4-5 years of relevant Agency or Brand experience in influencer/creator marketing and PR.Proficiency in relevant platforms: Klear, Levanta, Rakuten, Impact, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta.Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity for collaboration.Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.Proven leadership in guiding and communicating with peers and team members.Great at building relationships with clients and prospects.Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing client relationships and new business.Benefits:20 PTO days & 7 sick days per yearMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Benefits401k
