What We Are Looking For:We are looking for a Financial Content Specialist who possesses a passion for writing about trading and financial markets. You will be responsible for generating content for outlets including our website, social media channels and email campaigns.

All work must conform with FINRA compliance guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:Write clear and accurate content about stocks, sectors, and economic eventsGenerate ideas for stories, social media, and other trading-related content by staying current with financial news, trends, and market/economic eventsUse market data to create compelling charts for articles and social media postsWork with people of all levels across the company to collaborate, develop content for active trading, and obtain relevant approvals before publishingClosely follow compliance procedures for brokerage communicationWrite or complete articles based on ideas presented or initiated by another and help edit or complete their workWrite scripts and plan graphics for AI-powered videosLeverage AI to boost productivity and outcomesUse data to optimize content the business goals of TradeStation’s marketing departmentThe Skills You Bring:Knowledge of financial markets and trading in stocks, options, and futuresAbility to effectively communicate deadlines and expectationsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong writing and editing skillsThe ability to independently brainstorm, conceive, research, and create compelling stories based on financial news and dataAbility to communicate with multiple levels of the organization and in multiple locationsAbility to manage multiple projects with different priorities at one timeSEO experience and the ability to incorporate it into writingExperience working in a team environment and creating workflows to expedite work completionExpert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint requiredMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree required3+ years of experience at a financial news organization2+ years of Social Media experience3+ years of proven experience writing content compliant with FINRA standards and review process
