COMMUNICATION Effectively communicates relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other Business areas. Negotiation and conflict resolution. Ability to adjust delivery style depending on the receiving audience. LEADERSHIP Mentor other project leaders as needed. Promote an environment that encourages knowledge sharing. Understands impact of his/her words or behaviors on others. Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to the teams. Strong modeling skills and clarity on design principles. Keeps up with forward-focused technology (SASS, CSS3, APIs, semantics). Will be working new Framework on top of Advance JS Scripts. Working independently in coding and code testing. Providing detailed analysis and recommendations to the project lead. Strong REST API design and implementation skills. Hands-on experience with JSON schema. Hands-on experience deploying mission-critical applications to production. Strong understanding of Git/STASH workflow. Experience with code quality tools like JSHINT/JSLINT.
