As an integral part of System Pavers, your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.If you’re focused on building the foundation for your success in a team-first culture that rewards your hard work, drive, and people skills, this is the job for you.Base hourly pay is $22/hour; our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets.Job Responsibilities:Making initial contact with clients and building a rapportCanvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and visionAttending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeownersMaintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfactionEfficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary softwareOur Field Marketing Associates enjoy:Average FMA makes $60,000/year!Hourly pay rate of $22/hourCommission per job sold: $250 for jobs under $15k, $450 for jobs $15k-$25k, $600 for jobs over $25kPaid trainingAdvancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, AND more.Benefits for all FMAs, such as Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401KExperience & Skills:Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportationBe able to be on your feet throughout most of the dayBe friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skillsBe able to work weekends and special eventsBe willing to train and excited to represent our brandAbout You:Self-motivated:
