And did we mention we work with exciting companies and at interesting locations?Come grow your career with Eurest.Job SummaryWe're seeking a creative team member to join our marketing team that will specifically focus on marketing and communication efforts for our catering and event production department that produces over 30,000 events annually for a high-profile technology client. The role will be focused on business development strategy, marketing and process improvements to create overall awareness about our catering and event offerings and services. This will include managing and advancing relationships across clients, planners, preferred partners and more. This position will work cross-functionally to drive the deployment of marketing programs and campaign initiatives to drive market share growth and participation and will develop new programming and promotions, oversee branding efforts, communicates ROI and KPI's, etc.This role will primarily be onsite at the client's Redmond, WA campus location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In partnership with leadership team, build business development and client relationships strategies that are relevant and meaningful to client/customer baseDevelop integrated marketing plans to promote, reach, connect and engage new and existing audiences via experiences, social, digital, content marketing, etc.Manage the development of branded collateral - from graphic design and copywriting including but not limited to menu/menu boards, a-frame signage, digital, PIDs, etc.Key contributor to the development and delivery of marketing plans in support of seasonal campaigns across all channels to ensure message consistency and flawless executionManage experiences and events process, ideas, sourcing, logistics. Includes briefing in collateral, event support, coordinating set-up of physical space and attending to represent the brandDevelop and manage quarterly Eventions eNewsletters gathering relevant content that will resonate with target audience.Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to increase participation for newsletter distribution and internal social media platform.Accountable for forecasting and tracking the budget and reportingCreate and present campaign recaps to key stakeholders to communicate ROI, results and learningsStay current on best practices in hospitality/events marketing, target customers and key competitorsStrong working knowledge and experience in creating visually compelling presentations in MS PPT.Build relationships with stakeholders - clients, planners, culinary team, preferred partners, marketing champions, etc.Partner with Digital Marketing Manager is ensuring Eventions website is up to date and increase visibility and traffic to site.Partner with Customer Insights Manager to garner customer feedback to implement marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive measurable changeOther duties as directed by Director of Marketing & CommunicationsQualificationsMinimum of 6+ years designing and managing high profile marketing programs (event industry, catering, hospitality, restaurant)Experience in developing and supporting marketing support for business development/client relationship strategiesExperience in recognizing, developing and implementing process improvements to support operational efficiency and optimization.Creative and collaborative individual adept at marketing and communications, and inspires others to do great work.Excellent interpersonal communication skills - both verbal and writtenProficient at making group presentations, utilizing PowerPoint as well as other mainstream software and technologyComputer literacy (Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MSFT Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, with ability to adjust easily to changing priorities.Experience managing and reporting budgets, and stewardship of working budget.Manage projects against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of workAbility to self-manage productions schedules, product orders, travel and manage external resources efficiently in order to meet deadlines and business expectations.Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary and/or event industryApply to Eurest today!Eurest is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
