We are currently seeking a

Member Marketing Specialist

to join our organization. As a Member Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for effectively communicating the Credit Union's value proposition to members. You'll engage members with the Credit Union and connect them with resources to improve their financial well-being. You'll develop and manage strategies and campaigns to grow member engagement with Nusenda's brand, programs, benefits, and resources. You'll be responsible for marketing channel member-centric financial well-being strategies, content, tactics, and tools. You'll manage marketing deliverables related to member updates and general member communications. You'll monitor member feedback and industry trends, best practices, and benchmarks to inform continual improvement.

To thrive in this role, you should have

three to five years

of similar or related experience. This position is one part project management and one part analytical. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, time management, public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication.

Key Skills and Experience:

Understanding of marketing principles, theory, and application to marketing projects and assignments.Experience in copywriting, editing, editorial style, and maintaining brand consistency.Ability to deliver multifaceted messages to diverse stakeholders.Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
