Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and passionate Toy Designer with hands-on experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual design techniques, coupled with a keen understanding of child development and play patterns. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping innovative toys that inspire imagination and creativity in children.
Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:
Create original toy concepts based on market trends, consumer feedback, and developmental needs of children.•
Design & Prototyping:
Utilize manual design techniques (sketching, sculpting, etc.) to develop prototypes and models of toys.•
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet safety standards, manufacturability, and market appeal.•
Testing & Iteration:
Conduct user testing sessions with children to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on their responses.•
Material Selection:
Research and select appropriate materials that are safe, durable, and environmentally friendly.•
Documentation:
Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, CAD models, and production guidelines.•
Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in toy design.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.•
Experience:
Minimum [X] years of experience in toy design or a related field with a focus on manual design methods.•
Portfolio:
Strong portfolio showcasing creative toy designs and manual prototyping skills.•
Skills:
