This role is ideal for designers who excel at transforming complexity into simplicity, particularly around billing and payment systems, and are passionate about crafting user-friendly, relevant, and delightful financial experiences. You will work closely with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering leadership and the broader team to deliver high-impact design solutions that drive user satisfaction and business goals related to billing and payment flows.• In this role, you will:• Spearhead Innovation: Lead the design of intuitive and cohesive billing user experiences that simplify complex processes and make interactions secure and user-friendly.• Ensure Honesty and Clarity: Create transparent billing solutions that foster trust and ensure users fully understand their financial data, payment methods, and invoicing details.• Make Things Obvious and Simple: Design interactions that are clear, accessible, and intuitive, allowing users to manage billing processes without unnecessary friction or confusion.• Create Relevance in Context: Deliver contextually relevant billing experiences for users with varying levels of technical proficiency and financial expertise, addressing their evolving needs.• Empower Users: Create billing solutions that empower users to control and manage their billing preferences, payment methods, and invoices effortlessly, aligned with Customer's mission of simplifying cloud computing.• Move DO Fast: Embrace the DO Fast philosophy, ensuring quick iteration and delivery of billing designs, moving efficiently from concept to completion to meet tight deadlines and evolving business needs.• Do the work: From understanding the user to concepts to prototypes to delivered specs, you'll be responsible for driving a user-centered effort in collaboration with product managers and engineers hitting all the steps of the design process along the way.
