The hiring range for this opportunity is $23.00 to $45.00 hourly along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Tri Counties Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Search Advertising Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role involves creating and managing search ad campaigns, optimizing budget spend and bidding strategies, tracking performance through data analysis and reporting, and developing effective keyword strategies. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager is essential, and a demonstrated ability to strategically execute paid search campaigns is required. Marketing Specialist I

POSITION SUMMARY - Marketing Specialist I

Supports the development and execution of assigned marketing programs and executes a variety of marketing initiatives. The position generally specializes in one or more marketing functions, such as digital media, database management and analytics, administration of marketing systems, marketing communications, product marketing, public relations, social media, marketing research, event planning or promotional sponsorships. A competent junior professional who is familiar with marketing concepts, principles and tactics, and is able to successfully execute assigned marketing programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Marketing Specialist I

Under the supervision of a senior Marketing manager, collaborates with other members of the Marketing and Product Management teams to gather information, develop marketing initiatives and monitor performance.Assists in the development and documentation of proposals for marketing projects, completes required approval steps, helps manage the project through to successful completion and reports on results.Works with external vendors, as needed, to implement and execute marketing initiatives and achieve assigned goals.Works with other marketing functions, such as marketing research, to identify opportunities and propose additions, changes or enhancements to marketing programs.Assists in the development and creation of marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral or digital content, and ensures adherence to brand guidelines and bank policies.Writes, proofreads, and edits creative content across various media, as assigned.Assists creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copy.Demonstrates knowledge in assigned areas of marketing specialization.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED - Marketing Specialist I

The position generally specializes in one or more marketing functions, such as digital media, database management and analytics, administration of marketing systems, marketing communications, product marketing, public relations, social media, marketing research, event planning and promotional sponsorships. A competent professional well-versed in marketing concepts, principles and tactics, and is able to deploy knowledge of banking, strategic objectives, market trends and customer needs in order to execute and create results.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Marketing Specialist II

Under the supervision of a senior Marketing manager, aligns assigned marketing programs to Bank and departmental goals, while identifying opportunities and recommending improvements to management.Collaborates across the bank, including with senior leaders, to gather information, develop strategic marketing initiatives and monitor performance.Develops and documents proposals for marketing projects, completes required approval steps, manages projects to successful completion and reports on results.Supervises assigned external vendors to implement and execute marketing initiatives and achieve assigned goals.Analyzes marketing research and program results to identify opportunities and propose additions, changes, or enhancements to marketing programs.Reports campaign results to internal team members.Participates in cross-functional working groups and special projects.Develops and creates marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral or digital content, and ensures adherence to brand guidelines and bank policies.Writes, proofreads, and edits creative content across various media.Provides direction to creative teams for branding, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copy.Demonstrates expertise in assigned areas of marketing specialization.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED - Marketing Specialist II

Evaluates Bank and departmental objectives, develops strategies for improvement and innovation, and presents new or enhanced programs to the leadership team.Drives collaboration across the bank, including with senior leaders, to collect insights, design and implement strategic marketing plans and measure outcomes.Develops and documents proposals for complex marketing projects, completes required approval steps, manages projects to successful completion and reports on results.Identifies and cultivates partnerships with external vendors and works with them, as needed, to build and execute marketing initiatives and achieve assigned goals.Initiates and analyzes marketing research and reviews existing program results to identify opportunities and propose additions, changes, or enhancements to marketing programs.Interprets campaign results and recommends solutions to Senior Leadership.Participates in cross-functional working groups and special projects. Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.
