As the Brand Marketing Manager for RAMPxchange (a part of the Knowledge Services family of brands), you will be at the forefront of driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing strategic partnerships and member relations, and enhancing brand management for RAMPxchange. You will be responsible for overseeing membership retention efforts, fostering strong relationships with current and potential members to ensure their needs are met, and promoting the value of RAMPxchange's platform. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the company's overall goals. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing plans encompassing various channels and tactics to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for RAMPxchange, incorporating a mix of digital, email, event, social, and multimedia strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor positioning, using the data to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated marketing campaigns that deliver consistent brand messaging and personalized experiences for distinct buyer personas.Develop and oversee the video strategy, from initial planning to working with the multimedia specialist for execution, ensuring engaging and successful content.Lead the planning and coordination of in-person events, such as conferences and seminars, for RAMPxchange.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, using the marketing communications dashboard to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective members that align with brand values and resonate with the target audience, leveraging COIs, industry leaders, and like-minded organizations.Actively engage with members through various channels, capturing insights to enhance marketing messaging, addressing pain points, and improving the overall member experience.Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and media relations strategy for RAMPxchange to enhance brand visibility and reputation within the cybersecurity industry and government sectors.Create and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our brands remain relevant and competitive in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in Brand Manager or similar marketing role, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights and performance improvements.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand building.Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
