Speech Writer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting impactful speeches, developing talking points, and tailoring messages for high-profile executive clients. You will work closely with our leadership team to create compelling content for both internal and external audiences, including conferences, corporate events, public engagements, and media appearances.Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit speeches

for executives and senior leaders, ensuring the tone and message align with the company’s vision and objectives.Develop talking points

for various speaking engagements, including internal meetings, keynote speeches, and media appearances.Collaborate closely

with executive-level stakeholders to understand their personal style, key messages, and event goals.Research and incorporate

current trends, industry developments, and relevant data to make speeches more impactful.Adapt communication styles

to diverse audiences, ensuring clear, concise, and engaging content.Provide

real-time feedback

and revisions during rehearsals, ensuring smooth delivery and consistency in messaging.Assist with other content needs , such as articles, presentations, and video scripts, as required.QualificationsAll candidates will be required to provide a portfolio of previous speeches, talking points, etc. at the time of interview.Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.Proven experience as a Speech Writer or in a similar role, preferably working with C-suite executives or senior leadership.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in different voices and styles.Demonstrated ability to craft speeches for

internal and external events .Strong research skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise, impactful messages.Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Ability to

maintain confidentiality

and discretion while working with sensitive information.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.Experience in corporate communications or public relations.Familiarity with public speaking or media training is a plus.
