Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Our team is searching for an experienced and visionary Marketing Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for our diverse range of clients at different stages of growth. You will have strong points of view on where brands need to show up, what they need to achieve across every stage of the consumer journey, and how this maps to business results. You’ll lead the effort to develop new, scalable processes that center around the channels, tools, and content that lead to long-term client and creative success and create more opportunities for us to build cross-channel brand experiences for our clients. You deeply understand brand positioning, consumer insights, and the digital landscape, and you have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

What you will do:

You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and brand vision. You’ll oversee the strategic planning process and serve as the primary strategic advisor for key clients, providing thought leadership and expertise on marketing and branding initiatives.You enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships and always ensure clear communication and alignment on strategic objectives and deliverables. You are comfortable presenting strategic plans, campaign results, and performance insights to clients, and highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.You will work closely with creative and account teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies across all channels and support marketing team members with campaign or in-market client work.You will serve as part of our agency leadership team, generate excitement and enthusiasm for in-market client work, and help foster a collaborative environment that encourages sharing ideas and best practices across disciplines. You’ll also mentor other strategists on the team and provide direction and support on marketing and advertising projects.You will work with our digital marketing partner agency to measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies and analyze campaign data and consumer behavior insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.You will support new business efforts by participating in pitch processes and creating compelling proposals and presentations. You will also help identify new opportunities for expanding client relationships and service offerings.You like to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies relevant to our clients.

Who you are:

You have 7-10 years of experience in marketing or go-to-market strategy, preferably within a creative or media agency setting.You’ve partnered with media and creative teams in the past, and feel comfortable providing feedback to a range of disciplines to ensure that your consumer insights and strategic approach carry throughout the process- from brief to final asset execution.You’re a strategic and analytical thinker who can develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. You’re also a savvy business thinker who constantly thinks about brands, trends, and culture and is excited to do brand-led marketing and advertising work.You are a poised and sophisticated communicator with sharp presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, whether it’s a CMO, founder, or internal team member.You have proven experience managing and growing client relationships and a track record of delivering successful marketing outcomes for creative work. You’re a natural leader with management experience who can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, support junior team members, and advocate for best-in-class creative work.You are highly knowledgeable of different digital marketing tools and platforms and have a strong understanding of the digital landscape. You are also familiar with the media landscape and have experience in campaign creation and media execution. It’s preferred that you have an established roster of media contacts.You’re a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation in marketing and branding. You know how to use various tools and mediums to maximize client success at every business stage.
