Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, planning and scaling events, developing lead generation strategies, and collaborating closely with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture prospective customers
Support the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences and tracking efficacy of engagements
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide them with quality leads and sales enablement materials
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Create engaging content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing initiatives
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services, B2B Fintech, and/or crypto
Experience with institutional finance organizations such as hedge funds, investment banks, mutual funds, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Paid ads) and project management software
Familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation:This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $110,000.00 - $160,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefitseach subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
Location & TravelFalconX is a hybrid first organization with 7 global offices. This role is expected to sit in either our San Mateo or New York City office three days a week. There is a strong preference for this role to sit in our NYC office, however, we are open to considering qualified talent in the Bay Area. Due to the nature of this role's work, we do expect there to be domestic and potentially international travel as well.
