Global Head of Marketing, Global Logistics Join the rapidly expanding Global Logistics team that offers global shipping solutions for selling partners, retail vendors, internal Amazon businesses, and external shippers. This is a strategic company priority as part of Supply Chain by Amazon. We are making significant investments in transportation, storage, and distribution services to provide our customers with a complete solution to quickly and reliably move products from manufacturing locations to customers worldwide.We are seeking an outstanding B2B marketing leader with global experience to own the development and execution of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and demand generation. The ideal candidate is a highly capable leader who can inspire and direct a team of global marketing managers, develop compelling campaigns, drive high performance across both existing and new marketing channels, pitch and align senior leadership to new ideas, and effectively collaborate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This candidate will have experience in both targeted performance marketing and mass marketing, a strong data orientation, and a history of success in building customer demand and brand awareness for emerging brands.
Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for our logistical services.Work across business, operations, product, quality, marketing channels, insights, retail, tech, and key external partners globally to create bold, innovative, and strategic plans.Leverage customer insights to build and drive full-funnel customer engagement strategies and brand awareness.Demonstrate deep understanding and hands-on experience with integrated marketing, digital demand generation, CRM, and global marketing.Build and develop a global, diverse marketing team, setting strategic direction, cultivating a learning-oriented and collaborative culture.Navigate ambiguity, investigate complex challenges, and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.Work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking, and identify and mitigate gaps.Develop targeting and segmentation strategies, marketing channel measurement and reporting, and strategies to retain customers and deliver topline targets.Build and own the playbook for new marketplace and product launches.Represent Global Logistics as the Head of Marketing in internal and external meetings, conferences, and trade shows.Collaborate with PR teams to design strategies and campaigns to drive Global Logistics brand awareness.Align and leverage marketing capabilities across Supply Chain by Amazon teams.Candidate must be able to travel internationally and within the USA.
A day in the lifeThe ideal candidate will be a passionate engagement lifecycle marketer and leader, with a track record of building teams, creating strategies, and delivering results. You are highly analytical and adept at synthesizing quantitative and qualitative customer learning into a tight, clear marketing plan. You will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel, with strong ownership and a problem-solving orientation. You will need to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
