The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.In this role, you’ll work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our product’s value is communicated effectively to the market. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow quickly, as you’ll have exposure to the entire product lifecycle, from product development to go-to-market execution. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.What You’ll Do:

Support Go-to-Market Strategies:

Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to help develop and execute go-to-market plans that ensure successful product launches and feature rollouts.

Shape Our Product Story:

Help craft and refine our product’s narrative, turning complex features into compelling stories that resonate with customers and give us a competitive edge.

Dive Deep into Market Insights:

Immerse yourself in customer research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to become the expert on what makes our product a must-have in the marketplace.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on messaging, and create sales enablement materials that empower our teams to succeed.

Create High-Impact Content:

Develop a variety of engaging content, such as case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces, that builds brand awareness, nurtures prospects, and drives overall growth.

Drive Sales Enablement:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and deliver pitch decks, product guides, and training materials that equip them to engage prospects confidently and close more deals.

Adapt and Contribute Across Teams:

Tackle new challenges and collaborate on key initiatives across marketing, revenue, and product teams, helping drive the company’s growth while gaining exposure to different areas.

Measure, Learn, and Optimize:

Track the success of your initiatives, analyze performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize our marketing approach.

Who You Are:

Driven Marketer:

You have some hands-on experience (1-2 years) in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, and you’re ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptable Team Player:

You thrive in environments where you can wear many hats, whether that’s jumping into product launches, conducting market research, creating content, or supporting the sales team.

Natural Storyteller:

You’re skilled at turning complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that resonate with customers and differentiate our product in the market.

You don’t wait for direction—when you see a challenge or opportunity, you’re the first to step up and find a solution, thriving in startup dynamics.

Nice to Have:

Experience with marketplace, SaaS, or B2B marketing.

Experience in the freight industry.

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Marketo, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.

Basic design or video editing skills.
