Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers create robust, omnichannel media strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer audiences. We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage key account campaigns, including strategy, media planning, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization
Project manage all incoming and outgoing requests to ensure all information is provided and accurate for the Media Operations team to execute
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns to drive optimal effectiveness based on clients’ needs. This involves leveraging channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and programmatic
Works between departments to ensure collaboration and effective communication for the Media Operations team
Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and partner with Client Services to implement improvements
Communicate campaign problems to the client services team effectively and proactively offer viable alternatives
Play an active role in driving collaboration, communication, and best practice sharing across the organization
Manage a small team of 2-3 managers or specialists
Keep up with industry trends and best practices
Service the full breadth of pharma clients with active participation in client, vendor, and internal meetings, collaborate with the client and media account teams to foster critical partnerships
Participate in executive-level communication and strategic planning efforts as needed
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in pharma media strategy
8+ years of relevant work experience in multi-channel digital marketing, managing digital media campaigns in pharma media

Understands all aspects of digital media, including SEM, Programmatic, Social, etc.
Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and team player
Desire to continually learn and improve
Ability to self-manage under deadline
Ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
