These are just some of the reasons people join and stay!About the role…We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Junior Photographer to specialise in shooting beautifully lit luxury products for e-commerce, consistently hitting targets and maintaining symmetry throughout all photography across the website. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, working to a high standard on all e-commerce photography and occasional still life.Ability to work well within a team under pressure with a flexible attitude.Prepare sets, checking that all equipment is functioning, setting up appropriate lighting, and keeping accurate daily shoot records.Name and maintain digital asset files.Cropping and processing all images, maintaining file size specification guidelines.Accurately archive images to be easily accessed by other Harvey Nichols departments.Ensure all images are ready in advance of online sales.Meet daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for new website material.Set up and take down of equipment in the studio.Keep photography up to date with new techniques and workflows.Full responsibility for quality of shots and time management while on set.Responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies.Ability to direct models and provide assertive direction on a busy set.A keen eye for visual composition with strong knowledge of luxury brands and fashion designers.Support lead Photographers in maintaining consistency across sets during peak periods.Ad hoc duties.Is this you?We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail, and are looking for something uniquely different.Do you have previous experience in photography and lighting?Do you have high technical proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One, and networked computers?Do you have strong organisation and communication skills?Do you have the ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives?Are you a team player?Are you proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines?Do you have an excellent work ethic and the ability to multi-task?Do you have a strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strive for a high level of accuracy?Where do I sign?
