A full-time senior level Technical Designer is needed for a successful apparel manufacturer with a focus in the activewear and swim space. You will support the Technical Director with fittings, tech packs, and vendor communication. This role is onsite, 5 days.
Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Additional responsibilities include:A deep expertise in fit, patternmaking, grading, technical construction, and fabrics, specifically in active and swim.A trained eye for proportion, balance, and aesthetic details.The ability to command a room and lead fit sessions, while providing a level of customer service to the clients.Extensive experience working with overseas factories; full understanding of equipment and garment construction.Proficiency in computer skills; use of Adobe Illustrator, MS Office Suite; and Gerber. Bonus points for Browzwear experience.Exceptional multi-tasker and communicator, extremely detail oriented, and organized.Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.Salary: 95-100k
