POSITION SUMMARYRBM of Atlanta is looking for a digital content creator with good photography knowledge/skills and advanced videography/editing knowledge/skills. You will primarily be taking photos of our new and pre-owned inventory (using a custom application) and shooting/editing video content to share our company story. This is a full-time position with benefits located at our dealership, and approximately 60-70% of your time will require you to be outdoors shooting inventory pictures of our vehicles, in varying weather conditions. DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Manage our online/digital presence for all in-stock vehicles, including photos, videos, vehicle descriptions, and option lists for all New and Pre-owned vehicles.

Create social media content, photo and video, to promote our brands, employees, testimonials, and know-how. This portion of your work will be outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Create digital content/storytelling for website and social media efforts, including photos and videos of vehicles, people, testimonials, vehicle walk around, employee videos, how-to videos, etc.

Ensure company branding is carried through within all media.

Properly optimize content for search engine indexing (uploading, tagging, transcriptions, etc. on sites such as YouTube, DailyMotion, Vimeo, digital signage boards, etc.).

Flexibility with job duties/cross-training for other administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior to being employed, applicants must participate in RBM of Atlanta’s normal screening process which includes completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit, and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience shooting and editing video.

Good knowledge of photography and post-processing/editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

Ability to shoot and edit video (advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Good technical understanding and quick-learner of new computer-based tools.

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be insurable.

Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.

Basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Physical demands include: constantly position body and move in order to retrieve vehicles from parking lots and parking spaces; drive vehicles, detect and identify vehicle issues and shop safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 5lbs frequently); operate tools and equipment; repetitive motion.

60-70% of work is conducted outdoors (in all weather conditions), on public and private roadways, and in a shop environment in proximity to moving vehicles, with occasional exposure to chemicals.
