We are searching for a
Sr. Digital Program Manager
who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Be the subject matter expert of your assigned programDefine program value propositions, advantages, and limitationsBe the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutionsOwn and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgementIdentify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teamsHave a passion for continuously improving the customer experienceBe a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next stepsPossess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience working with large global organizations as a Digital Supply Chain Manager, or similar roles such as Program Manager, Vendor Management, Instock Management etc.7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and in the digital supply chainDeep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA AvailsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/servicesAdvanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as requiredExperience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycleExperience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior managementMust be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing prioritiesBe self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills
