You’ve lead a team managing campaigns with significant budget across search, social, display and more. You love having the challenge of launching new things, testing out channels and tactics head to head, and keeping up to date on the latest industry trends.
What You'll Need:
7+ years of experience in a Paid Media role
2+ years in a people management role (skip-level management preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Must be strategic and creative, with strong managerial skills
Experience developing and reporting paid media strategies for mid-large size companies and brands
Experience clearly and effectively presenting strategic plans, analysis, findings and recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders
Must be very detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
What You'll Do:
Work closely with Director, Paid Media and client services team to understand clients' objectives and translate them into paid media strategies and tactics
Lead client Paid Media planning, research and analysis
Manage, and provide oversight for paid media campaigns across various ad platforms
Ensure all media buys are properly set up within the various platforms and tools
Collaborate with analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, testing, and monitor campaign performance
Act as lead and primary contact for clients on their paid media campaigns
Work with internal teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and measurement plans meet campaign objectives
Provide strategic and fresh thinking to your clients and internal teams
*This position follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of our San Diego, CA headquarters*
*The hiring salary range for this position is $96,000 - $115,000 per year*
*The final salary may vary based on experience, skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations*
