In this role you will:Execute and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet predefined objectives.Collaborate with external agencies for campaign optimization, ensuring alignment with set goals and objectives.Assess current channels and tools, identify opportunities for improvement and additional efficiencies within the existing budget.Utilize existing employer branding assets and resources efficiently, integrating creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.Benefits and Perks
