lead the daily operations

of our studio, expertly managing multiple shoots simultaneously. You'll be responsible for

delivering high-quality results

and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You'll also work in close collaboration with the

Sr. Producer, Studio and Design Account Manager, Sample Coordinator, DigiTech, and Photography team

Reporting To: Creative Services Sr. Director

Responsibilities:Studio Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.Team Leadership: Supervise, support, mentor, and educate a team of photographers, stylists, and crew members.Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule shoots with the Sr. Producer to ensure optimal use of resources and timely project completion.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for sales calls.Collaborate: Work with key stakeholders from other departments to keep projects on time and within budget.Quality Control: Oversee the DigiTech to ensure all images meet high standards and make necessary adjustments.Resource Management: Procure props, sets, and other necessary resources. Manage studio equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, track revenue, and implement cost-saving measures. Oversee billing processes and compile estimates for quotes.Reporting: Provide regular updates on studio performance to the Creative Services Sr. Director.Other Projects: Conduct research and drive operational projects forward. Stay current on industry trends.Travel: Travel as needed to support client projects on location.Organization: Maintain an organized workflow in a dynamic environment.Communication: Exceptional communication skills to articulate creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in photography or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in managing a photo studio or similar environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and client service skills.Software Proficiencies:

Monday:

Review and respond to client emails from the weekend.Supervise equipment check-in.Update shoot schedules with the Sr. Producer.Attend the daily production meeting.Discuss new projects with the Creative Services Sr. Director.Tuesday:

Coordinate with DigiTech on quality control issues.Meet with Sr. Producer and Sample Coordinator for resource needs.Track expenses and prepare billing.Work with photographers on specific shots.Wednesday:

Conduct a mid-week team check-in for progress review.Maintain records of client communications and project progress.Address any client concerns.Prepare pitch decks and pull images for sales portfolios.Thursday:

Meet clients to provide updates and gather feedback.Review and update the shoot schedule.Ensure smooth project execution with internal teams.Work with photographers on specific shots.Friday:

Wrap-up meeting for week's review and next week's planning.Reconcile budget and prepare the weekly budget email.Finalize outstanding tasks for project tracking.
