Established in 2001, Acelero, Inc. is made up of two divisions - Acelero Learning and Shine Early Learning. Acelero Learning provides direct Head Start services to more than 5,000 children and families in four states (delegates) - New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Acelero Learning's programs have been identified as a national exemplar, a model to the nation for early childhood education, and most significantly, has demonstrated best-in-class child outcomes gains, even during the pandemic.

Shine Early Learning (Shine), established in 2009, was created to scale the dissemination and utilization of Acelero Learning's proven tools and approaches through partnerships to other Head Start programs nationally. In the past three years, Shine has further diversified its offerings through training, technical assistance, and consultation to publicly funded early childhood systems, including the launch of SPARK Learning Labs.

The Purpose of the Role

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading our marketing efforts, supporting our goals of deepening and broadening our impact within the early care and education market in the United States. As our Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand consideration, demand generation, customer marketing, thought leadership, and more. You will lead and grow a high-performing marketing team and will collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners.

What You'll Work OnEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company'sgoals, mission, vision, and valuesOversees all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, product marketing, brand,advertising, digital/growth marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketingBuilds deep expertise on our offerings and our audiences in the field of early care and educationDevelops and executes marketing campaigns that improve consideration and understanding, generate leads, and drive salesPartners with product and business development teams to ensure excellence in launches and landings, for our product marketingAbout You (Requirements/Competencies):

Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.Master's Degree preferred 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership roleDeep understanding of B2B, product, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive measurable results.Experience with a variety of marketing channels, especially product marketing, digital/growth marketing, and content marketingExpertise in using analytics and metrics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Remote Position. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 40% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.

Salary :

$115,000 - 154,122
