Job Title:

Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot emphasis)

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

As a fellow creative technologist, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack while applying your front-end development skills to enhance the digital experience for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Technology and Communications and department members to implement and maintain innovative marketing technology platforms that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management : Oversee and optimize the marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems (HubSpot).

Front-End Web Development : Utilize HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to build, customize, and optimize landing pages, microsites, and other marketing assets.

Data Analysis and Insights : Leverage web analytics tools and marketing data to measure campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize user experience across digital channels.

Campaign Development and Execution : Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to create responsive and visually appealing digital content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Technology Integration : Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms to support data flow, enhance automation, and improve overall marketing efficiency.

A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization : Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve website and landing page performance and conversion rates.

Training and Support : Provide guidance and support to the marketing team on best practices for web development and use of various marketing technologies employed by the organization.

Compliance and Data Privacy : Serve as a department resource on data privacy laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring that web development and data practices comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

Experience with the HubSpot CRM, CMS and marketing automation platform is required for this position.

3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a strong emphasis on front-end web development.

Proficiency in HubL, HTML and CSS are required for this role. Working knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js is a plus.

Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including automation workflows, lead scoring, and analytics.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in creating responsive, user-centric web designs.

Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of APIs, data mapping and processing, and database architecture a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $70,400 - $82,750/year depending on experience.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week), year-round, with excellent benefits.

Working in our Silverthorne, Colorado office 2 days per week is preferred.

Fully remote work will be considered depending on the individual’s experience.
