Our practice is looking for a highly qualified Sr. FSE Lead! Job Summary:
The Sr. FSE Lead will partner with other developers, architects and technology decision-makers to guide overall direction of the user interface layer of the site and will work closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software Developers and Management in a highly collaborative environment.The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering to strategic business vision, enterprise level architecture strategies, and developing innovative enterprise IT enablement practices that build business value.Job Location : Saint Louis, MO (Remote).Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead full stack development for scalable and high performance application across front-end and back-endArchitect and manage cloud based solutions, including deployment pipelines and cloud-native services.Design and optimise API integration for flawless system communicationApply advance performance tuning strategies to optimise application speed and reliability.Provide strategic leadership to technical teams and align solutions with business objectives.Qualifications:
Experience with Database design and management (relational and NoSQL)Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to work with teams and collaborators.Full stack development and cloud architectureExpertise in API development and cloud platformsSolid understanding of performance optimisation and system scalabilitySalary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits :
