Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be the point of contact for the COO and external stakeholders. You will take notes and dictation, draft accurate meeting notes, correspondence, and reports.STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:

You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow up with others to keep deadlines on track with filing. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Redbooth, Asana, Crew, and Alice Apps. Be adept at learning new systems as technology evolves.DISCRETION:

Maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism is vital as you'll handle confidential and sensitive information.OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications. Managing calendars. Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings. Maintaining various records and documents. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external parties. Travel and accommodation arrangements. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Running errands, as needed. Perform other duties as requested by Director of Marketing + COO.Marketing Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between third-party marketing agency and company for social media, digital marketing, public relations, and field marketing efforts for three brands: Ponte Winery, Ponte Vineyard Inn, and BOTTAIA Winery.Broad scope of responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain marketing calendar and distribute to department heads including promotions, events, projects, and media schedules. Email communication to department heads about current projects, upcoming deadlines. Maintain meeting agendas minutes and distribute. Assist with approving social media accounts. Assist with auditing company websites and third-party websites. Assist with photo and video shoots and events. Follow brand guidelines throughout all social and digital media platforms. Monitor social media accounts for guest reviews and comments and assist with responding to reviews and comments. Assist with organizing and maintaining photography, videography, and collateral files. Assist with charitable donation requests and organizing charitable donations. Assist with various marketing administrative tasks as assigned. Assist with marketing questions via email or follow-up with appropriate departments. Understand and adhere to the Ponte values and service standards.
