Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.As Manager, Audience Growth, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and content strategies to grow audiences across our roster of iconic artists and increase fan engagement. The Manager, Audience Growth will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our artists’ day-to-day digital and content strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing and content creation will be a driving force in protecting and expanding our artists’ legacies. You will report to the company’s Vice President of Audience Growth.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal and external teams to create actionable and impactful digital marketing strategies aimed at growing audiences and enhancing fan engagement.Develop and implement growth strategies across various platforms, including website development, e-commerce, SEO, newsletters, social media, influencer partnerships, and more.Utilize audience insights to identify untapped marketing channels and opportunities, creating tailored strategies to fill those gaps.Work closely with the Audience Growth team and other creatives to produce engaging content that supports growth initiatives.Use Photoshop and Canva to design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.Organize and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement as needed.Partner with digital teams and influencers to execute audience growth goals and streaming initiatives throughout the year.Collaborate with the team to analyze marketing analytics, brainstorm innovative growth strategies, and identify potential business opportunities.Stay abreast of industry best practices to optimize artist branding across social media, streaming platforms, and content channels.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of non-internship experience in digital marketing, preferably within artist management or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and growing audiences.Proficiency in using Photoshop and Canva for content creation.Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A passion for legacy artists and a commitment to audience growth.Experience working directly with talent and managing relationships with artists.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a blend of creative and analytical thinking.Familiarity with best practices across all social and digital platforms.The compensation range is between $65,000 - $80,000 dependent on experience. We offer a very competitive benefits package and time off schedule. Our office is located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA.

This position is required to be in the office Monday through Thursdays and remote on Fridays.We are a fully vaccinated workforce. Successful candidates will be required to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19.
