DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Digital Marketing Team Lead, the Digital MKT Specialist/Senior Specialist will play a key role in growing the ASUS brand in the US for the Consumer PC, Commercial PC, Gaming PC, and Mobile category. He/she will be tasked with executing media buys operations and official site/own media (except social platforms) management and optimization, including product page SEO/SEM. The Marketing Specialist will also play a critical role in managing eCommerce advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Criteo RMP, etc.) and work closely with the product marketing team and channel team for related digital content optimization in the US market.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Set up & optimize digital campaigns within multiple platforms including Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn & more.Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving performance and make data-driven decisions.Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for special projects, including product launches (awareness) and driving traffic/conversions to the ASUS website(s)/E-shop.Lead SEO initiatives including both on-page and off-page optimizations.Deploy personalized, targeted messages through various channels to keep customers engaged across their lifecycle.Analyze results of digital marketing initiatives, making recommendations based on that analysis.Analyze consumer, competitor, and product category trends and insights, making recommendations based on that analysis.Liaise with ASUS team members and various business partners to ensure ASUS creative is compliant with partner funding requirements.Work with the accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices.Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in advertising and eCommerce.QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Abilities

A clear understanding of brand marketing strategy and 360-degree marketing tactics.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnerships.Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to grasp and explain complex situations and issues.Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Strong with numbers and an ability to identify trends and patterns in data.Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail.Positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things.In-depth knowledge of key components of successful SEO initiatives.Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.Fluent in English.Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.2-5 years of marketing experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in the PC/gaming industry or agency experience.2-5 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-department coworking abilities.Demonstrated ability to lead a variety of sales and marketing projects to support field teams executing campaigns and events.Familiarity with the tech industry and digital marketing tools preferred.Experience in consumer electronics or the PC industry is a plus.Ability to work independently and set priorities while being a team player.$75,000 - $95,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
