We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Head of Global Field Marketing & Events to lead our field marketing initiatives, event strategy and help drive pipeline growth and territory health across LaunchDarkly’s global sales teams.This individual will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies, engaging prospects, execution for third party conferences and LaunchDarkly organized field events, scaling and executing our multi-city roadshow and supporting the overall growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field marketing within the DevOps industry, a deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics, and a passion for driving success.Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth, support sales objectives, and increase brand awareness within targeted enterprise segments.Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for LaunchDarkly’s execution of field events and conferences that ties into key business objectivesCollaborate with global enterprise sales teams to identify and prioritize key markets and accounts, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and support account-based marketing initiatives.Analyze territory health and campaign performance with KPIs to optimize marketing strategies, enhance targeting, and improve overall funnel performance.Work closely with the Events team and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables, ensuring high-quality execution and ROI .Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.Effectively manage and enable a team of global field marketers to plan and execute against key business objectives.Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and supporting territory health through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.7+ years of event management and field marketing experienceExcellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging for diverse audiences.Experience working with global, remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Willingness to travel as needed to support regional marketing events and initiatives.Pay:Target pay range for a Level M4 in San Francisco/Bay Area: $165,000 - $194,000**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
